By accessing the website you agree that its use is at your own risk. newsilva.ro is not responsible for any direct or indirect incident or for any other losses, costs or expenses of any nature that may arise as a result of accessing or browsing the website or through data downloads (text, images, video or audio).
The content of the website newsilva.ro has been compiled with the utmost care as regards the correct entry of data and the accuracy of the information. Nevertheless, errors are not impossible. Therefore, NEW SILVA SRL assumes no responsibility for typographical or display errors regarding product and service descriptions, wood species, dimensions, assortments or technical characteristics mentioned. Images and presentation materials are informative in nature; the specifications, volumes, available species, deadlines and prices applicable to a collaboration are established individually, depending on raw material availability and the client’s requirements.
NEW SILVA SRL is not responsible for any damage caused by viruses, bugs, human actions or any failure of the IT system, or any other errors, malfunctions or communication delays in transmissions to devices.
All information and materials contained on this website are provided free of charge, without any warranty. The content of the website is informative and presentational in nature and does not constitute a commercial offer in the legal sense of the term. Specific offers for logs, sawn timber, semi-finished products, oak staves, solid wood products, firewood, or for tree pruning and green space maintenance services are sent individually, following an analysis of requirements and availability, and are governed by a separate contract signed between the parties.
Product availability depends on the timber resource, the season and production planning. Volumes, species and deadlines communicated for information purposes on the website do not constitute a firm delivery commitment in the absence of written confirmation from us.

6. Disputes. Applicable law
Any dispute that arises will be resolved by agreement between the two parties (amicably). If the conflict cannot be settled amicably, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts having territorial competence over the registered office of NEW SILVA SRL.
Consumers have the possibility of using alternative dispute resolution mechanisms: Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL), through the National Authority for Consumer Protection – https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/, and the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform – https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
NEW SILVA SRL is not liable for damages, costs, lawsuits, claims or expenses arising from users’ failure to comply with these “Terms and Conditions”.
